Krystal has a passion for artistic expression, and places high importance on community and
cultural development. Part of her work as Director of Community & Culture includes regularly
curating art exhibitions at HiVE Vancouver Society; a non-profit coworking space that is home to
Vancouver entrepreneurs and businesses with a focus on amplifying the social impact sector. Her
curatorial content reflects ideologies of these change-makers which includes advocating for
cultural and political developments of marginalized groups, environmental activism, green-
building, sustainability, identity, inequality, and human rights issues just to name a few.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in both Art History and History at Queen‘s
University, including extensive international study experience in the UK.
