South Main Gallery

South Main Gallery offers a wide range of contemporary art, featuring works by emerging, mid-career, and established artists. The gallery, designed by architect D’Arcy Jones, has become a touchstone in the dynamic arts community taking root in the South Main district of Vancouver. Affectionately referred to as SoMa, the neighborhood has been bolstered by the migration of some of the city’s top galleries into adjacent streets, and it is developing quickly, with the proliferation of microbreweries, boutiques, restaurants, bookshops, and art galleries. It has become a cultural, culinary, and entertainment hub for locals and visitors alike. South Main Gallery has established itself as an integral part of this vibrant community and looks forward to exposing neophytes and seasoned collectors to a diverse mix of alluring and engaging artworks for many years to come.
