Cedric Bomford holds a BFA from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (2003) and an MFA from the Malmö Art Academy, Sweden (2007). The Crummy Gallery is an initiative of Cedric, Nathan and Jim Bomford with Verena Kaminiarz, in partnership with the University of Victoria. Bomford is a practising artist with many projects realized over the past two decades. The Crummy Gallery has been a part of exhibitions at the Campbell River Art Gallery (2019), and the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria (2022) and has run its own exhibitions in various locations for the past 4 years. Currently, Bomford lives and works in Victoria, BC where he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Visual Arts at the University of Victoria and Director of the Crummy Gallery.
