Lisa G. Nielsen is a community artist and filmmaker. She is inspired to create media that has historical reference, social relevance, and artistic influence. Lisa G. has been working specifically within film and digital technology since 1999 and her short films have screened around the world.
She is also a founding mentor of the Our World Project—community and youth driven film workshops in rural communities across Canada that foster creative expression around themes of indigenous culture, language, and life.
