Nisha Platzer creates and loves all things art-music-film related, with a particular interest in experimental and hand-made film. Working in multiple formats such as 8mm, Super8, 16mm, and found footage, her films have screened at festivals in Europe, and North and South America. Her experience ranges from producing documentaries to making films on celluloid, to writing and directing narrative shorts and music videos. Nisha holds a Communication Studies/Film degree from Concordia University, Montreal, and a Masters from the Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV in Cuba. She has attended artist residencies in Colombia, the USA, and Toronto Island.
