Peter Thompson

Peter Thompson (Nlaka’pamux Nation) has been involved with Megaphone and Hope in Shadows for nearly a decade. You can find him year-round selling Megaphone magazines and the Hope in Shadows calendar on 4th and Vine. When asked what he enjoys most about being a vendor, he answered “I like interacting with people, getting to know them, sharing my stories with them.” Thompson’s involvement with Megaphone extends beyond his job as a vendor; his work has been featured in the magazine and calendar multiple times. He was born in Boston Bar, British Colmbia, and still enjoys getting out of the city to spend time in nature. He is also a proud grandfather.
