Sarah Dobbs holds a BA in Art History from UBC and an M.Ed from OISE, University of Toronto. She has served as director and curator for the Evergreen Art Gallery and Burnaby Art Gallery, and worked at the National Gallery of Ireland. In Toronto, she led Spiral Garden—an inclusive art, play, and garden program for children and youth of all abilities at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Sarah has also lived and worked in women’s villages in Kenya, facilitating arts-informed peacebuilding workshops and research. Most recently, she has contributed to public art initiatives as a Public Art Consultant and is Manager/Curator at the Sidney & Gertrude Zack Gallery.
