On May 11th, 2013 Capture Photography Festival held a Fundraiser and Live Auction to raise money for Capture 1.0. The support of the attendees was vital to ensuring Capture’s success for our inaugural year. Photographers from Vancouver and beyond generously contributed to the evening’s live auction.
We would like to extend a special thank-you to the Audain Foundation for providing us with startup funding, to PwC and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts for their sponsorship as well as our many partners, in-kind sponsors and volunteers who all played an integral part in launching Capture.
We would also like to recognize and thank David Aisenstat, Joe Fortes and The Keg for providing the delicious food this evening, Tantalus Vineyards for the superb wine and Eric Savics for graciously hosting the evening in his home.
