Vancouver-based artist Lori Goldberg will give a short artist talk about her exhibition Altered Nature at the AMP Window Gallery. This exhibition points to the precarious relationship between humans and the environment, and how our evolution as a species has altered nature. Following the artist talk there will be an outdoor workshop along in front of the AMP Window Gallery. Participants will learn how to do photo-transfers.

Photo-transfers create painterly results reminiscent of polaroid transfer techniques. Lori will guide each participant through the steps on how to create your very own photo-transfers resulting in a compelling artwork.

Registration is required for 30-minute time slots that are available for family/group bubbles of up to six people or individuals. Materials will be supplied, social distancing will be maintained and equipment will be sanitized between groups. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

One known fact: (Lori’s mother grew up on Princess Street and her house is still there.)
