Empire of Illusion Book Launch

Please join us for the launch of Empire of Illusion, a new book of Las Vegas photographs by Calgary-based photographer Terry Munro, with a critical text by Vancouver curator Bill Jeffries. Munro’s black and white photographs, taken over a fifteen-year period, reveal the absurd, extravagant sordidness of North America’s most successful tourist destination.

Special pricing for this event $25 instead of $45, and 100 percent of the proceeds going to fund First Nations student scholarships at the School for Contemporary Arts at SFU.
