Flight Exhibition: Opening Reception

Flight: a photographic exhibition documenting arrival into Canada through the eyes of immigrants and refugees. See how Canada and life occurs to newcomers and learn what it looks like to start a new chapter in a foreign country.

We placed cameras in the hands of recently arrived immigrants and refugees and encouraged each person to document their day-to-day experiences and discoveries. The results are personal insights into the lives of each person as they exerperience their own unique impression of Canada.
