Please join Sidney and Gertrude Zack Gallery and artist Wes Bell for the opening reception of his solo exhibition, Snag. The reception will include an artist talk with Wes Bell, starting at 7pm.

Wes Bell is a fine art photographer whose work isolates and elevates the ordinary, opening landscapes of tightly focused moments between humans and the natural world. Attuned to ambiguity and abstraction, his gelatin silver photographs explore fear, loss, and impermanence while embracing healing and resilience. Bell’s work has been exhibited internationally, including Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg, Germany; Center for Photographic Art, Carmel, California; and Photo Fringe in Bristol, UK. In Canada, he has presented several solo exhibitions, including Contemporary Calgary, and his photographs are held in the Alberta Foundation for the Arts Collection.
