The Arts Centre at South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre is operated by Semiahmoo Arts.
Semiahmoo Arts is a not-for-profit, non-partisan, member-based organization that represents the interests of the arts community in White Rock and South Surrey. It facilitates collaborative cultural endeavours, supports artists in a variety of creative disciplines, and provides opportunities for them to showcase their work in such community venues as the Turnbull Gallery.
