Would you look at that—summer is nearly over! We are excited that the coming fall means submissions to the next edition of Capture in April 2019 will be opening soon. We can’t wait to see what photography and lens-based exhibitions and events you’ve been cooking up!
Capture 2019 Exhibition and Event submissions open Sep 10
Our submissions portal (Submittable) will open on September 10 for application to the Selected Exhibitions Program and the Events Program. Submissions will close October 28*
Consider this your head’s up to locking down all the details you will need in order to make your submission, including:
- location of your exhibition and/or event, and a letter confirming your use of the space, if applicable
- exhibition and/or event title, statement, and dates
- for exhibitions, list of artists and a selection of images plus full caption information

Participants of previous editions of Capture may notice some changes are coming to the way exhibitions are included in the Festival. We are excited to be offering a more focused fully-juried program for 2019. (Read more)
