This series of photographs depicts dancers in Vancouver caught in a moment of peak artistry and endurance. Intelligence and strength brims from every muscle fibre. Breath catches on a wave of musicality. Extension reaches beyond the length of a limb. Vulnerability presents in the softness of a hand. Passion exists everywhere. Motion, stopped celebrates artists that intrigue us with their movement and their humanity.
