Spring forth

With spring in the air and buds opening all over the city, Spring forth invites the viewer to take a closer look at the flowers that appear in the lush, urban landscape of Vancouver. Each flower, found around the city, is celebrated in its own imaginative scene. Crisp lines of petals contrasted by draping fabric pay respect to the rich history of still life photography, while bright colours and vases evoke product photography and the glossy pages of magazines.

Set in lush Hadden Park, Spring forth allows the viewer to re-enter the park with a new perspective and appreciation for the natural wonders of the botanical world.
